Size Exchangesย  (Australia)

Weโ€™re committed to helping you find your perfect fit!

Size exchanges are available on all items, excluding Final Sale. This includes:

โ€ข Full-priced items.
โ€ข Sale items.
โ€ข Items purchased using a discount code.

A $10.95 return shipping label fee applies, which weโ€™ll provide to you.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is out of stock, you can opt for store credit or a refund (where eligible).

Returns (Australia)

Hereโ€™s what you need to know:

  • Full-priced items: Eligible for a refund or store credit.
  • Orders with a discount code applied:Store credit only.
  • Sale items: Store credit only.
  • Final Sale items: Not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

A $10.95 postage fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover the return shipping label, which weโ€™ll provide.

We offer returns and size exchanges for international customers too!

  • Return shipping must be covered by you (via your preferred carrier โ€” please retain tracking details)

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • If your requested size is unavailable:

    • Full-priced items: eligible for refund or store credit

    • Sale items or orders with a discount code: store credit only

Free Gift with Purchase

If your order includedย a free gift with purchase (e.g. a promotion orย  minimum spend offer), theย entire order is considered a sale order,eligible forย store credit or size exchange only -ย not refunds.

Note: This doesnโ€™t include the free delicates wash bag with first orders โ€” that gift wonโ€™t affect your return eligibility.

Local Pickups (Melbourne)

Collected your order from our warehouse in Williamstown North?
You can still lodge your return via our Returns Portal. Once it's lodged, youโ€™re welcome to drop it off in person during our local pickup hours โ€” weโ€™ll send you the details by email.

Warranty Claims

We take great pride in the quality of our garments. If you receive anย imperfect item, please lodge a warranty claim through our Returns Portal. If approved, weโ€™ll cover the return postage and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Important Notes

  • All returns and exchanges must be lodged withinย 30ย days of the date your order is shipped.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items returned in soiled or altered condition wonโ€™t be accepted.
  • Once your return has been delivered back to us please allow 3-5 business days for your return outcome to be processed
