Size Exchanges (Australia Only)
We’re committed to helping you find the perfect fit! If your garment isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a free size exchange for full-priced items delivered within Australia. Return shipping is on us for these items.
For sale items (including those purchased with a discount code or from the Outlet/Sale collection), size exchanges are still available, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Note: Use of the First-Time Order Code on full-priced items still qualifies for free size exchanges.
How to Request a Size Exchange:
- Email us at hello@mamamovement.com.au with your order number and the details of the item and size you’d like to exchange for.
- Once processed, we’ll email you return shipping information.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
Important: Free size exchanges for full-priced items are limited to one exchange per order.
Size Exchanges (International Orders)
We’re here to help you find the perfect fit, wherever you are! While we offer size exchanges for international orders, the return shipping costs will need to be covered by you due to high international shipping costs.
How to Request a Size Exchange:

- Once processed, we’ll email you return shipping information.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
Returns (Australian and International orders)
Full-Priced Items: Eligible for refunds or store credit. Return shipping is at your own cost.
Sale Items or Items purchased with a Discount Code: Store credit only. Return shipping is at your own cost.
Final Sale Items: No returns or exchanges, unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for kids' clothing, so please check product descriptions carefully.
Refunds or store credits exclude any shipping costs paid at checkout.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns, as we cannot be held liable for lost items.

Free Gift with Purchase Policy
If you’ve received a free gift with your purchase as part of a promotion, here’s what you need to know:

If your order includes a free gift (whether with every order or for meeting a spend threshold), the entire order is considered a sale order.

Sale Terms Apply: Orders with free gifts are eligible for store credit or size exchanges only. Refunds are not available.

Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, in which case we'll replace it or offer store credit for its retail value.
Important Information
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition, with tags attached.
- Tried it on but doesn’t fit? That’s fine—but make sure items are not soiled, washed, or altered in any way.
