CHRISTMAS UPDATE: For the months of November and December, our 30 day Returns & Exchange Policy will be extended to 60 days. This is 60 days from date of delivery, giving you or the lucky gift recipient plenty of time to get back in touch with us after Christmas if the item is not a perfect fit. Happy Christmas Shopping! 🎄
We understand that shopping online can be tricky, but we are so confident that you will LOVE your new Mama Movement garments, which is why we offer a 30 day FREE SIZE EXCHANGES policy on all full-priced Australian orders as well as a PEACE OF MIND RETURNS policy.
Size Exchanges (Australia only)
We do our best to maintain accurate sizing tables, and can provide assistance with sizing to help you order the right size for you. However, if for some reason your garments are not a perfect fit, we are happy to offer a size exchange. The return shipping cost is covered by mama movement for all FULL-PRICED ITEMS delivered within Australia. For SALE items, we still gladly provide size exchanges, but the return shipping cost is not covered by mama movement.
To request a size exchange, simply email us at email@example.com with your order number, and items you wish to exchange including the new requested size. Once we have processed this we will email you the return shipping information. Note the free size exchange for full-priced items can only be used ONCE per order.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your new size is not available, you will be offered store credit or a refund as appropriate. For all other exchanges including international size exchanges or exchanging for a different garment, please see Returns policy below.
Size Exchanges (International)
We do our best to maintain accurate sizing tables, and strongly encourage you contact us if you are unsure of your size or conversion from international to Australian size standards. If for whatever reason your garment is not the perfect fit, we can still provide a size exchange. However, unfortunately due to the high cost of international shipping at this time, the return shipping cost of getting the wrong sized items back to us is not covered by mama movement for international orders and is at your own expense.
To request a size exchange, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and items you wish to exchange including the new requested size. Once we have processed this we will email you the return shipping information.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your new size is not available, you will be offered store credit or a refund as appropriate.
Returns (Australian and international orders)
FULL PRICE: Refund and Store credit available. Return shipping at your own cost.
SALE / PROMOTIONAL: Store credit only. Return shipping at your own cost.
Please note that any refunds / store credits will exclude any cost of shipping paid. Mama Movement does not cover the cost of return postage UNLESS the return is due to defective items received. We recommend using a post service with a tracking number as we cannot be held liable for garments that are lost in the return process.

- All returns and exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Of course you can try your items on to check that they fit, but please ensure they are not soiled, washed or altered in any way.

2. Details of the items you would like to return/exchange and whether you prefer a refund, store credit or exchange (note only full price items are eligible for a refund).
