Collected your order from our warehouse in Williamstown North?
You can still lodge your return via our Returns Portal. Once it's lodged, youโre welcome to drop it off in person during our local pickup hours โ weโll send you the details by email.

Warranty Claims
We take great pride in the quality of our garments. If you receive anย imperfect item, please lodge a warranty claim through our Returns Portal. If approved, weโll cover the return postage and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Important Notes
- All returns and exchanges must be lodged withinย 30ย days of the date your order is shipped.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items returned in soiled or altered condition wonโt be accepted.
- Once your return has been delivered back to us please allow 3-5 business days for your return outcome to be processed
