Mama Movement is on a mission to spread body positivity — and to show that strong and healthy comes in every shape and size. As our business grows, so will our size range. Because every body deserves joyful, high-performance activewear.

The charts below show the approximate body measurements for each size to help you find your fit. (Note: These are body measurements, not garment measurements.)

Leggings & Bike Shorts

Our award-winning leggings and bike shorts are made from a soft, high-stretch fabric that adapts beautifully to your body.
Here’s how to choose your size:

  • In between sizes? Size DOWN for a more supportive, stay-put fit.

  • Prefer a more relaxed feel? Size UP — the waistband is designed to move with you.

  • If your waist and hip measurements fall into different sizes, we recommend choosing the size that matches your hip measurement. This will give you a comfortable, supportive fit through the hips and thighs — the area where leggings and shorts are most fitted.

Maternity Leggings

  • Measure your hips (under the bump) — no need to worry about waist measurements.

  • Stick to your usual pre-pregnancy size — these leggings are designed to stretch with you through every trimester.

  • Features an extra-long, over-the-belly waistband for comfort and coverage.


Sports Bras & Crops

Use your bust measurement to find your size.

  • Want a more compressive fit for workouts? Size DOWN.

  • Prefer a more relaxed fit for everyday comfort? Size UP.


Raincoats

Our raincoats come in combined sizing (XS/S, M/L, etc) and are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit — with plenty of space for layering.

  • If you prefer a more fitted look, or are in between sizes, we recommend sizing down.

  • Want to wear thick knits or hoodies underneath? Stick with your usual size — there's already generous room built in.



LEGGINGS INSEAM LENGTH

We offer a few different legging lengths so you can find the perfect fit for your height, style, and the season:

  • 7/8 Length – Our most popular! Flattering on all heights and perfect for year-round wear.

  • Full-Length – Best suited for women 165cm and taller, or for extra ankle coverage in cooler months.

  • 3/4 Length – Great for in-between seasons or when you want a bit more airflow.

  • Biker Shorts – Our above-the-knee style, offering great support and coverage for active movement or everyday wear.

  • Shortie Bike Shorts – A cropped version of our biker shorts, finishing at mid-thigh. Perfect for petite bodies, warmer weather, or layering under dresses.

KIDSWEAR

Our kidswear range runs true to size, with extra length in the leggings for growing legs.
We offer sizes from 1Y to 8Y, with a size chart based on your child’s body measurements (not the garments themselves).
