Mama Movement is on a mission to spread body positivity, and to show that strong and healthy comes in many different shapes and sizes. As we grow as a business, we pledge to grow the size range as well.

The charts below show the approximate body measurements for each size to help you find your fit. They are NOT the measurements of the garments. How to measure your size for Australian activewear label Mama Movement

For leggings, we recommend following the larger size according to your WAIST or HIPS measurements and sizing UP if you are in between sizes. 

For maternity leggings, measure the HIPS measurement under your bump and don't worry about the waist measurement! Our maternity leggings have an extra long, over the belly waistband for your growing bump.

For sports bras, crops and outerwear, follow the BUST measurements and size DOWN for a more compressive fit or size UP for a more relaxed fit.



Our best-selling leggings come in a few different lengths. The below table shows the inseam length per size for each Legging Style. Our most popular length is the 7/8 length which looks great on women of all heights for a year-round style. The full-length is most appropriate for women over 165cm and for extra ankle coverage in the colder months. And in warmer weather, check out our 3/4 or biker shorts styles!

Our  kidswear range starts from size 1 to size 8 (8y). The size chart below is an approximate guide based on your child’s measurements. These are not the measurements of the garments.

Our kidswear runs true to size. However, if in doubt, please size up as we cannot accept returns or exchanges of kidswear due to change of mind or incorrect sizing being ordered.
