So, Is Everything Eco-Friendly?
We get this question a lot. And the short answer is: weโre working on it, and weโre proud of how far weโve come. From our sustainable activewear to our eco-friendly packaging, hereโs what weโre doing right now:

Our high-performance activewear, warm puffer jackets, and waterproof raincoats are made primarily from REPREVEยฎ recycled polyesterโcrafted from post-consumer plastic bottles and pre-consumer waste.
By choosing recycled polyester, weโre rescuing plastic from landfill, reducing the need for petroleum, conserving water and energy, and lowering greenhouse gas emissions compared to virgin polyester.
โป๏ธ Organic Cotton & Bamboo
Our tanks, tees, jumpers, and kidswear are made from ultra-soft organic cotton or bamboo viscose, grown without harmful pesticides or chemicals. We also print with eco-friendly inks that are gentle on your skinโand the planet.
โป๏ธ Thoughtful Packaging
Every order is shipped plastic-free, in certified home-compostable mailers and garment bagsmade from corn-based biopolymers that break down in as little as 6 months.
Your first order also includes a FREE laundry wash bagโhelping your activewear last longer and reducing microplastic shedding during washing.

Even our thank you cards and swing tags are made from recycled paper. Because the little things matter, too.
How Do You Turn Old Water Bottles Into Leggings?
Great question! It starts with collecting and cleaning recycled plastic bottles and industrial plastic waste. The bottles are:

Sorted and label-free

Chopped, melted, and turned into REPREVEยฎ chips

Melted again and spun into fibres

Texturised (by robots!) into high-quality recycled polyester yarn
That yarn becomes your favourite leggings, puffers, and raincoats.
