Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping is $10.95 in Australia (free over $150), NZ$14.95 to New Zealand (free over NZ$250), £3.95 in the UK (free over £100), US$15.00 to the USA (free over US$200), CA$20 to Canada (free over CA$275) and A$34.95 to all other countries (free over A$350). Express options are available for Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the USA and Canada.

Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. During new product launches and sales, dispatch can take up to 5 business days.

For delivery before Christmas to Australian metro areas, order by Tuesday 15 December for standard shipping or Thursday 17 December for express. WA, NT, regional Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA have earlier dates, listed in our Christmas order-by dates.

Yes. UK orders ship from our UK warehouse, VAT (20%) is included in the price, and there are no import charges or customs delays. Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 business days and express takes 1-2 business days. Orders to the USA and Canada ship from our Australian or UK warehouse, whichever is quicker for you.

In New Zealand, GST is included and there are no extra charges for orders under NZ$1,000. In the UK, VAT is included. In the USA, duties are included. In Canada, duties are included and GST/HST is calculated at checkout. For all other countries, duties and taxes are not included and may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery.

Yes. In Australia, express is $15.95 (1-2 business days) for orders under $150, and orders over $150 can add a discounted express upgrade for $5.95. Express is also available in New Zealand, the UK, the USA and Canada.

Yes, in Australia. Choose Pick Up at checkout and collect from our warehouse in Williamstown North, VIC on Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 9:30am and 3:30pm.

We ship to most countries. Standard shipping to countries not listed above is A$34.95 (free over A$350) and takes 5-25 business days depending on your country. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If your country is available, you will see the shipping option at checkout.
