We offer free standard shipping on orders over:

• Australia: $150 AUD
• New Zealand: NZ$250
• UK: £100 (shipped from our UK warehouse)
• USA: US$200
• Canada: CA$275
• All other countries: A$350

Below these amounts, standard shipping is $10.95 in Australia, NZ$14.95 to New Zealand, £3.95 in the UK, US$15.00 to the USA, CA$20 to Canada and A$34.95 to all other countries. See our Shipping page for express options and full details.

Yes, we ship to most countries. UK orders ship from our UK warehouse, and orders to the USA and Canada ship from our Australian or UK warehouse, whichever is quicker for you. Check costs and delivery times for your country on our Shipping page.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. During new product launches and sales, dispatch can take up to 5 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Australia: standard 2-5 business days, express 1-2 business days
• UK: standard 3-5 business days, express 1-2 business days
• New Zealand: standard 6-10 business days, express 3-5 business days
• USA and Canada: standard 6-10 business days, express 5-8 business days
• All other countries: 5-25 business days, depending on your country

These are estimates only. Delivery times are controlled by the courier.

• New Zealand: GST is included in the price shown, with no extra charges at the border or on delivery for orders under NZ$1,000.
• UK: VAT (20%) is included, and orders ship from our UK warehouse, so there are no import charges or customs delays.
• USA: duties are included in the price shown, with no extra charges at the border or on delivery.
• Canada: duties are included. GST/HST is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown as a separate line.
• All other countries: duties and taxes are not included and may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. If you have not received it (check your junk folder) or your tracking has not updated, email hello@mamamovement.com.au with your order number and we will chase it up.

No. Express shipping does not move your order ahead in the warehouse queue. It means your order arrives faster after it has been dispatched. If you chose express and need your order urgently, email hello@mamamovement.com.au and we will do our best to help.

Yes, in Australia. Local pickup is available from our warehouse in Williamstown North, VIC. Just select Pick Up at checkout. Collection times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:30am to 3:30pm.

We love welcoming local customers for try-ons. As we are a warehouse, not a retail store, please email hello@mamamovement.com.au to book an appointment.

Our warehouse team works fast to dispatch orders. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, email hello@mamamovement.com.au as soon as possible and we will do our best.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to apply discount codes. If you have any questions, email hello@mamamovement.com.au and we will be happy to help.

In most cases, only one discount code can be applied per order. Our system automatically applies the code that gives you the best value.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Occasionally, we release a new style as a pre-order before the stock arrives in our warehouse. Full details are in our Pre-order Terms and Conditions.

Join our VIP early access list and subscribe to our emails (you will find the sign-up at the bottom of any page). You will be the first to hear about launches, restocks and sales.

• Australia, New Zealand and all other countries (except the UK): lodge your return or exchange in our Returns Portal within 30 days of the date your order shipped.
• UK: lodge your return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, then post your items back within 14 days of lodging.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Full details are in our Returns & Exchanges policy and our UK returns policy.

Yes. Full-priced items, sale items and items bought with a discount code are eligible for a size exchange through our Returns Portal, subject to availability. Final Sale items are not exchangeable. If your size is out of stock, you can choose store credit or a refund (where eligible).

• Australia and international (except the UK): sale items and orders placed with a discount code are eligible for a size exchange or store credit only. Final Sale items can only be returned if faulty.
• UK: you can choose a refund to your original payment method (for the price you paid, after any discount), store credit or a size exchange.

• Australia: a $10.95 return label fee applies. We provide the label, and for returns the fee is deducted from your refund or store credit.
• UK: a £3.95 return label fee applies. We provide the label, and for change-of-mind returns the fee is deducted from your refund or store credit.
• New Zealand, USA, Canada and other countries: send your return to our Australian warehouse. Return postage is at your cost via your preferred carrier, so please keep your tracking details.

Once your return has been delivered back to us, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the outcome to be processed. UK refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your items back.

We take great pride in the quality of our garments. Lodge a warranty claim through the Returns Portal. If approved, we will cover the return postage and offer a replacement, refund or store credit (UK customers: a repair, replacement or refund). Your statutory rights are not affected.

No. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Items returned in soiled or altered condition will not be accepted (UK: we may reduce your refund).

In Australia and internationally, if your order included a free gift with purchase (for example a promotion or minimum spend offer), the entire order is treated as a sale order, so it is eligible for store credit or size exchange only. The free delicates wash bag with first orders does not count and will not affect your return.

Our activewear comes in XS to 5XL (AU/UK 6-24), and our raincoats go up to 6XL. Use our Size Guide for measurements and how to measure yourself, or shop by size. If you are unsure, email hello@mamamovement.com.au for a free size consultation.

For adult raincoats, we recommend sizing down. Kids raincoats are sold by age (2-3 to 10-11), and if your child is between sizes, size up. See our Size Guide for the full raincoat chart.

We recommend your usual pre-pregnancy size. Our maternity leggings have a slightly wider hip measurement to accommodate natural changes during pregnancy.

Yes. Our leggings are designed to be squat-proof, so you can move confidently in every workout.

Yes. Our sports bras have sewn-in padding, so you never have to deal with scrunched-up or shifting pads in the wash.

Yes. Our raincoats are waterproof and fully seam sealed, and they are made primarily from recycled materials. Shop our raincoats.

Our puffer jackets are designed for warmth. The outer fabric is waterproof, but the jacket as a whole is not fully waterproof or seam sealed. For heavy rain, we recommend one of our raincoats. Shop our puffer jackets.

• Our activewear, puffer jackets and raincoats are made primarily from REPREVE recycled polyester (recycled PET).
• Our t-shirts and jumpers are made from organic cotton, and our tanks and studio tops from bamboo viscose.

Yes. Our fabrics are PFAS-free, including our waterproof raincoats, so there are no “forever chemicals” in what you wear.

Our clothes are made by family-owned factories in Dongguan and Nanjing, China. We have worked with the same key factories for over 5 years, our founder Faye has personally visited them, and we have independent BSCI audits carried out.

Yes. Every order is shipped plastic-free, in eco-friendly mailers. In Australia, we use certified home-compostable mailers and garment bags made from corn-based biopolymers that break down in as little as 6 months. UK orders ship in paper mailers.
