Yes, we ship worldwide! You can check our shipping fees here for international orders.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak times and sale periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

• Australia: Standard Shipping – 2 to 5 business days | Express Shipping – 1 to 2 business days
• New Zealand: 6 to 10 business days
• USA: 6 to 10 business days
• Rest of the World: 15 to 30 business days

No, Express Shipping doesn’t move your order ahead in the warehouse queue. It simply means your order will arrive faster after it has been dispatched. If you’ve chosen Express Shipping and need your order urgently, please email us at hello@mamamovement.com.au and we’ll do our best to help.

Yes! Local pickup is available from our warehouse in Williamstown North, VIC. Just select "Pick Up" at check out.

Collection times:

• Monday: 9:30am – 3:30pm
• Wednesday: 9:30am – 3:30pm
• Friday: 9:30am – 3:30pm
  

We love welcoming our local customers for try-ons. As we are a warehouse, not a retail store, please email hello@mamamovement.com.au to book an appointment.

Our warehouse team works fast to get your orders dispatched. However, if your order has not yet been fulfilled, email us at hello@mamamovement.com.au  as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to apply discount codes. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please email us at hello@mamamovement.com.au and we’ll be happy to help.

In most cases, only one discount code can be applied per order. Our system will automatically apply the code that gives you the best value.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order being shipped. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Full details can be found in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Yes! Full-priced items, sale items, and those purchased with a promotional code are eligible for a size exchange through our Returns & Exchange Portal. Please note that final sale items are not exchangeable.

Sale items and orders purchased with a promotional discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Final Sale items are only eligible for return if faulty.

Of course, international customers can return items. Please use our Returns & Exchange Portal to lodge your return. Return shipping must be covered by you via your preferred carrier. Please retain your return tracking details.

Our activewear comes in XS–5XL / AU 6–24. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements and instructions on how to measure yourself. If you’re unsure, please email us at hello@mamamovement.com.au we’re always happy to help.

We recommend your usual pre-maternity size. Our maternity leggings have a slightly wider hip measurement to accommodate natural changes during pregnancy.

• Cold machine wash in the Delicates Laundry Wash Bag provided with your first purchase.
• Avoid fabric softeners.
• Line dry in the shade to keep colours vibrant and fabrics long-lasting.

Yes! Our leggings are designed to be squat-proof, so you can move confidently in every workout.

Yes! We offer sports bras suitable for various impact levels. For high-impact activities like HIIT and running, we recommend our Liberty Hookback Crop or Be Free Hookback Crops! They are available here.

Yes! We have nursing-friendly Sports Bras with single handed clips as well as T-Shirts and Jumpers with discreet zips for easy access, designed with real mums in mind. You can check out our nursing collection here.

• We have 4 different fabric types for our activewear (leggings and sports bras) range, find out the difference between them here.
• Our Raincoats and Puffer Jackets and Vests are made from 100% premium, high-performance recycled fabrics.
• Our Jumpers, Tshirts are made from Organic Cotton.
• Our Kids leggings are made from a super soft Bamboo fabric.

Yes, many of our bestsellers are restocked. Some of our prints, however, are exclusive and released only once. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be the first to know when your size is back.
