Rainbow Friday FAQ

Our Rainbow Friday Sale starts Friday 21 November at 12PM AEDT and runs until Sunday 1 December at midnight AEDT.

It’s a storewide sale with discounts ranging from 10% to 50% off across our colourful collection including activewear, raincoats, maternity, nursing and more.

Gift cards are not discounted during the sale.

Yes. When you spend over $200, you’ll be able to choose your free gift, the options will show up in your Cart. Free gifts are limited and available only while stocks last.

Every order placed during the entire Rainbow Friday Sale will include a Rainbow Ticket, which is a surprise discount card worth between $10 and $100 to use on a future order. The Rainbow Ticket is a physical ticket that will come inside your parcel, so you’ll discover your surprise amount when your order arrives.

Each Rainbow Ticket has a unique discount code printed on the card. Enter that code at checkout on your next order before 31 January 2026 to redeem your surprise discount. Rainbow Tickets can’t be combined with other discount codes or used on gift cards.

Yes. One Rainbow Ticket is issued per customer during the sale period, even if multiple orders are placed.

Items are not reserved until checkout is completed. During Rainbow Friday, popular styles may sell out quickly, so we recommend checking out promptly.

During the Rainbow Friday Sale, discount codes will be temporarily disabled as everything will already be on sale.

Sale prices can’t be applied retroactively. They are valid only for purchases made during the sale period.

Once an order has been confirmed, we’re unable to make changes, add items or combine multiple orders. Our warehouse team works quickly to get your colourful goodies shipped out, so please double check your cart before checking out.

We recommend shopping early. Many of our most popular prints and sizes sell out fast during Rainbow Friday, and we can’t guarantee restocks before Christmas.

Yes absolutely. Simply choose Local Pickup at checkout if you’d like to collect your order from our Williamstown North VIC warehouse. Pickup is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9:30am and 3:30pm.

Please allow up to 10 days for dispatch due to high order volumes. Our small but mighty team will be working as quickly as possible to get your orders out. Thank you for your patience during the colourful rush.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it’s on the way.

As per our Returns and Exchanges Policy, items purchased during the sale are eligible to be returned for a size exchange or store credit, but not for a refund.
