Pre-order Terms and Conditions

Pre-order items are items which are not yet in stock but have been made available to purchase as a pre-order. As a small business, we occasionally list items as pre-order before they are ready for dispatch. This helps us manage our workload and traffic to give you the best possible experience. 

Pre-order items will be clearly indicated in the product description. If you purchase a pre-order item, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1. The estimated delivery time for pre-order items is a guide only, and is subject to change pending arrival of stock.
2. You will be notified of any delays to the estimated shipping time via email.
3. We will endeavour to dispatch all pre-order items within 2 business days of receiving the stock.
4. If you have purchased any in-stock items at the same time as a pre-order item, all items will be sent in the same package. If you wish to split delivery of items, please put through as a separate order or email us at hello@mamamovement.com.au
5. Mama Movement is not to be held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur.
