Pre-order Terms and Conditions

What is a pre-order?

Pre-order items are products that aren’t yet in stock at our warehouse but are already on the way to us. These are not made-to-order—quantities are limited to what we’ve scheduled for production. Once the shipment arrives, we dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

🛍 What you’re agreeing to when you pre-order:

• Pre-order items will always be clearly labelled in the product title and/or description.

• Estimated shipping windows are our best guide, but may shift depending on production or freight delays.

• We’ll notify you via email if there are any changes to your shipping timeline.

• We aim to dispatch all pre-orders within 2 business days of the stock arriving at our warehouse.

📦 Ordering in-stock items with a pre-order?

• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

• If you’d prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
