What is a pre-order?
Pre-order items are products that aren’t yet in stock at our warehouse but are already on the way to us. These are not made-to-order—quantities are limited to what we’ve scheduled for production. Once the shipment arrives, we dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Pre-order items will always be clearly labelled in the product title and/or description.

Estimated shipping windows are our best guide, but may shift depending on production or freight delays.

We’ll notify you via email if there are any changes to your shipping timeline.

We aim to dispatch all pre-orders within 2 business days of the stock arriving at our warehouse.
❓ Why is only the Amazon Puffer Jacket on pre-order?
Great question! The Amazon Puffer is part of our one-and-only puffer drop of the year. While most of the collection has arrived on time, a small manufacturing delay means the Amazon jackets are running just a little behind.
Rather than wait to launch everything separately, we chose to release the full puffer range together—so you can see the entire collection in one go, plan your outfit combos, and shop your favourite styles in one swoop 💚
📦 Ordering in-stock items with a pre-order?
Here’s how we’re handling that for the Amazon Puffer Jacket pre-order:

Any in-stock items in your order will be shipped first, so you’re not left waiting.

Your pre-order jacket will be shipped separately when it arrives by early June.

We’ll cover the second shipping cost—no extra charge to you.
