We are currently seeking a casual Seasonal Warehouse & Retail Assistant to help us during peak retail season, with the potential for ongoing casual work in the future.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with warehouse organisation, including processing new stock arrivals, restocking picking bins, and maintaining tidy and efficient inventory systems.
• Fulfil customer orders accurately by picking, packing, and preparing shipments to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
• Perform stock control tasks, including receiving, counting, and quality-checking inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse in line with workplace safety standards.
• Prepare and pack stock for markets, expos, and events.
  
• Support general warehouse and operations tasks as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day running during the busy period.

Retail & Market Operations

• Represent the brand at pop-up stalls, markets, and events, sharing our story and product range with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Provide a positive and inclusive experience for customers
• Assist with market stall set-up and pack-down, which may involve some heavy lifting.
• Maintain merchandising and display standards, ensuring products are neatly presented and fully stocked.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the Shopify POS system.
• Support pre-market preparation tasks, including tagging, pricing, and packing stock.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and precision
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable jumping between warehouse, retail, and event tasks as needed.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of work.
