Warehouse & Retail Assistant
📍 Williamstown North, VIC (with some markets and events around Melbourne)
🕒 Casual, but with a possibility to grow to part-time or full-time, depending on the right person
💰 Casual: $35/hr Mon to Fri, plus super. Weekend and public holiday penalty rates apply. Part-time and full-time pay is based on experience and skills, plus super and leave.

Since launching in 2020 we’ve become one of Australia’s fastest-growing activewear brands for mums, and we’re now expanding internationally. We’re a small, friendly team and we’re growing, so we’re looking for someone to join us for our busiest season, with real potential for ongoing work.
What you’ll do
Warehouse (the core of the role)
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately to meet daily cut-offs
- Receive and process new stock, count and quality-check inventory, and restock picking bins
- Keep the warehouse tidy, safe and efficient
- Prepare and pack stock for markets, expos and events
Retail and events
- Represent the brand at weekend pop-ups, markets and events, with a warm and inclusive customer experience
- Help with stall set-up and pack-down (this involves lifting)
- Keep displays tidy and stocked, and process sales through Shopify POS
- Help with pre-event prep such as tagging, pricing and packing
Room to grow (for the right person)
If you’re keen on more hours, there’s plenty to do beyond the warehouse. Depending on your skills and interests, this could grow to include social and content creation, graphic design, ecommerce or operations support. Tell us in your application if any of these interest you.
Who you are
- Organised, accurate and detail-focused
- Reliable and punctual, with pride in your work
- Flexible and happy to move between warehouse, retail and event tasks
- Friendly, proactive and comfortable working independently or in a small team
- Able to lift cartons up to 25 kg and be on your feet for long periods
- Bonus (not essential): experience with Shopify, retail, warehouse, or e-commerce.
