We want you to feel confident shopping with us — and totally in love with what you ordered. Our Peace of Mind Returns Policy offers 30-day returns and exchanges to make things easy, whether you need a different size or had a change of heart.

Size Exchanges  (UK)

We’re committed to helping you find your perfect fit!

Size exchanges are available on all items, excluding Final Sale. This includes:

• Full-priced items.
• Sale items.
• Items purchased using a discount code.

A £3.95 return shipping label fee applies, which we’ll provide to you.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is out of stock, you can opt for store credit or a refund (where eligible).

 

Returns (UK)

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Full-priced items: Eligible for a refund or store credit.
  • Orders with a discount code applied:Store credit only.
  • Sale items: Store credit only.
  • Final Sale items: Not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

A £3.95 postage fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover the return shipping label, which we’ll provide.

 

Free Gift with Purchase

If your order included a free gift with purchase (e.g. a promotion or  minimum spend offer), the entire order is considered a sale order,eligible for store credit or size exchange only - not refunds.

Note: This doesn’t include the free delicates wash bag with first orders — that gift won’t affect your return eligibility.

 

Warranty Claims

We take great pride in the quality of our garments. If you receive an imperfect item, please lodge a warranty claim through our Returns Portal. If approved, we’ll cover the return postage and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

 

Important Notes

  • All returns and exchanges must be lodged within 30 days of the date your order is shipped.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items returned in soiled or altered condition won’t be accepted.
  • Once your return has been delivered back to us please allow 3-5 business days for your return outcome to be processed
