ELLIE'S GARDEN imagines the magical secret world inside a hidden garden after dark. The inspiration goes back to The Secret Garden, Fi's favourite book growing up, and that same sense of stumbling into a hidden, overgrown world behind a locked door. Size Guide

The Miracle Nursing Crop is a wire-free, high-stretch sports bra designed to support your body through pregnancy and breastfeeding. It offers a more relaxed fit than our standard crops, with gentle compression — ideal for everyday support and light movement.

  • If you're in between sizes, size down for firmer compression, or size up for more coverage.
  • If you wear an E cup or above, we recommend sizing up for comfort and coverage.
  • Use the optional racerback clip to increase support or wear open backed for all-day comfort.

⚠️ Not recommended for the first 6 weeks of postpartum unless you size up.

This crop still offers moderate compression, and may feel too firm for those first days after birth when your breasts are extra full or sensitive. If you plan to wear it right after birth, we recommend sizing up.

How to measure: Take your bust measurement across the fullest part of your chest, ideally while wearing a soft, non-padded bra.
