Warehouse Sale RSVP Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. By entering, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Mama Movement Pty Ltd (ABN 90653323927), Melbourne, Victoria, Australia ("Mama Movement", "we", "us").
2. How to enter
2.1 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
2.2 To enter, RSVP for the Mama Movement Warehouse Sale before October 9 12pm AEDT (the "Entry Period").
2.3 Each person may enter once only. Duplicate entries will be removed. Entries made using multiple email addresses or by automated means are invalid.
2.4 Entrants must provide a valid name and email address. Incomplete or inaccurate entries may be disqualified.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees and contractors of Mama Movement Pty Ltd, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3.3 An RSVP does not guarantee entry to the warehouse sale beyond any capacity or entry conditions published on the event page.
4. The prizes
4.1 There are 5 prizes to be won. Each prize is $50 off a single purchase at the Mama Movement Warehouse Sale (total prize pool AUD $250).
4.2 Prizes can be redeemed at the Mama Movement Warehouse Sale only, held at our warehouse at 5/16-18 Tennyson Street, Williamstown North, Victoria, on Saturday 10 October 2026, 9:30am-2pm AEDT.
4.3 Each prize is a discount of $50 off one transaction, redeemed in full on the day. It has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and no change or credit will be given if the purchase is less than $50. Unredeemed prizes expire at the close of the sale.
4.4 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or substituted, except by Mama Movement in circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will provide a prize of equal or greater value.
4.5 Prizes may not be used to purchase gift cards.
5. Drawing the winners
5.1 The draw will take place at the Mama Movement warehouse in Williamstown North on October 9 at 12:30pm AEDT, before the sale.
5.2 Five (5) winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.
5.3 Winners will be notified by email, using the address provided at RSVP, on the day of the draw. Winners may also be announced on Instagram using first name and last initial only.
6. Claiming the prize
6.1 To redeem their prize, winners must attend the sale and show their notification email and photo ID matching the name on their RSVP at checkout. No reply to the email is required.
6.2 Prizes not redeemed at the sale are forfeited and will not be redrawn or carried over.
6.3 Winners are responsible for their own travel and any other costs of attending the sale.
7. Your information
7.1 By entering, you consent to us collecting your name and email address to run this draw and to contact you about the warehouse sale.
7.2 Entrants will also be subscribed to Mama Movement emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
7.3 We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy at mamamovement.com.au/policies/privacy-policyand the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We will not sell your personal information.
8. General
8.1 Mama Movement may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms.
8.2 Our decision on all matters relating to the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.3 We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend this promotion or these terms if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary, including technical failure or fraud. Any changes will be published on this page.
8.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mama Movement excludes liability for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this promotion or the use of a prize. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
8.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or any other social media platform.
8.6 These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
